After this discovery, police reports indicate that officers smelled smoke from inside a nearby structure and forcibly entered it.

Upon arrival, the reports indicate that the police found the bodies of three other victims: Aubree Stone, age 2, Armond Johnson, age 6, and Takeyra Collins, age 25. A fire was reportedly fired in an adjacent area of the property and both children died as a result of smoke inhalation. Like Cousin, the police say that Collins was shot.

Reports indicate that Collins was the mother of the two dead children and that Cousin would have been a neighbor in the wrong place at the wrong time, as CNN reported.

Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams held a press conference to announce the arrest of the suspect.

"We hope and pray that this person will never see the light again," he said.
