CONCORD, NH – A New Hampshire man who avoided imprisonment for bigamy could end up behind bars after the authorities said he had lied about where he was before he disappeared .
Michael Middleton, 43, pleaded guilty last month and was given a 12-month sentence of imprisonment, which was suspended on condition of good behavior for five years. An arrest warrant was issued Wednesday against him, after a probation officer said Middleton was missing.
