PARSIPPANY, NJ (WABC) – New Jersey has just hit its newest Powerball Millionaire, but no, it's not the half-billion jackpot left to be won.

Only three tickets across the country tied the five numbers, but missed the Powerball to win the second prize of a million dollars, and one of them is at Parsipanny.

The ticket was sold to News Plus on Baldwin Road, confirmed officials of the New Jersey Lottery, although no one yet knows who bought it.
