This looks like one of the novelties Fortnite Season 8 will add to the game is a brand new vehicle. More specifically, an underwater vehicle.
Skin-Tracker has discovered new game files that have been added with Season 8 and that refer to something called "Athena_OctopusSpawner" that suggests that all new vehicle is, it will be related to Octopus. Of course, this looks like a very Fortnite something to add.
That said, despite the current map containing heavily loaded water sites, such as Lazy Lagoon, there does not appear to be enough water on the map to justify the addition of a vehicle-based d & # 39; water.
However, as the season progresses, it is possible that the map will change and become more and more engulfed by water, making the need for a vehicle more relevant. Or, it is possible that the vehicle can be used both on the water and on land.
It is interesting to note that the Octopus potential vehicle files are just under the new Pirate Cannons files, which may imply that they will be added to the game later.
Of course, we already know that Epic Games is working on a new vehicle, revealed last month. However, at that time, it did not reveal or leave any trace of what this vehicle could be, but it seems that the data miners did the work for them.
