50 Cent, the rapper best known for the hit song "In da Club", would consider suing after being informed that a New York police commander would have ordered his agents to " "pull on the rapper on the spot, according to sources.

The comments would have been made by Deputy Inspector Emanuel Gonzalez during a roll call during the summer. The rapper was to watch police officers arguing "at an event in the Bronx," the New York Post reported.

Gonzalez reportedly said, "shoot him on sight."

The police department told the newspaper that the case was being examined.

The president of the Captains Endowment Association told TMZ that Gonzalez had never asked his officers to shoot the rapper.
