Black women are expected to do military history on Saturday, while the West Point Military Academy ranks its 2019 class with the highest number ever attained by African-American cadets.
There are 34 black women graduating from the academy on Saturday, May 25 – a record number, confirmed the school at HuffPost. All will receive a Bachelor of Science and Commissions as 2ndin the US Army.

It's been less than two years since Simone Askew made history as first black woman to be named the first captain of the cadet corps, the highest student position at the academy.
