A passenger from Royal Caribbean Cruises is suing the company after breaking the pool on a trampoline, according to a complaint filed on March 12.
The defendant, Casey Holladay, claims $ 10 million in damages, according to the Miami Herald. He accuses Royal Caribbean of negligence when installing the Sky Pad trampoline on his vessel Mariner of the Seas, despite the risks it poses for passengers, the trial said.

The lawsuit stated that Holladay was using the Sky Pad, a trampoline in which users were attaching themselves to a harness with rubber bands on either side, on the Mariner of the Seas on February 9th. hard surface next to the trampoline, according to the lawsuit.

In another video released by NBC 6, a man who appears to be a Royal Caribbean employee poses his hand in front of a camera filming the aftermath of Holladay's fall and tells the camera operator that he does not he is not allowed to film or take pictures.
Royal Caribbean did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
