A Pennsylvania elementary school principal will no longer say "God bless America" as a result of the pledge of allegiance after the district has received a lawsuit in the name of one. parent who claimed to have broken the law.

"In accordance with the district protocol, this complaint was forwarded to the office of our district attorney.
