Police in Florida said Robert Tyrone Hayes, 37, was linked to the murder of at least four women over a decade in Daytona Beach and Palm Beach County. Hayes, who was only charged with one of the murders, appeared in a Palm Beach County court on Monday and was sentenced to remand.
