CORONA, California – An armed man opened fire inside a Southern California Costco during a fight on Friday night, killing a man, wounding two other people and causing a rush to the basket. terrified customers before being detained, police said.
Police invaded Costco after gunshots were reported in the huge store located about 80 km from downtown Los Angeles.
Witnesses told KCAL-TV that a man wearing a Mohawk haircut was arguing with someone near a freezer when he pulled out a firearm. and fired at least six shots.
The man involved in the dispute was killed and two other people were injured, said Lt. Jeff Edwards. There was no immediate word on their conditions.
The suspect was apprehended, injured and taken to hospital, Edwards said. His name and condition were not immediately published.

Christina Colis told the Riverside Press-Enterprise that she was in the production area when she heard six to seven shots.
Parcel told the newspaper that she and other buyers were hidden in a refrigerated room. She said her mother saw people injured on the ground.
Will Lungo, 45, of Corona, said that he and his wife were close to the food and alcohol sections when he heard gunshots.
"I thought someone might have dropped a bottle of wine, but I kept hearing gunshots," Lungo told Press-Enterprise. "An employee came in and helped us through the emergency exit."
Witnesses told KCAL-TV that buyers and employees rushed to the exits. At one point, the station reported that more than 100 people were outside the store.
