A man from Tennessee is accused of having drenched anything but fries in a customer 's salsa.
Howard Webb, 31, was escorting a driver of Dinner Delivered, a food delivery service, on Jan. 12, when he allegedly put his testicles in a salsa order ordered by a customer at a Mexican restaurant in Maryville, reported WBIR-TV.
Webb, in a video published by the news channel, is apparently putting his testicles in a cup of salsa. Someone else in the vehicle, identified as the delivery driver, hears a nervous laugh and says, "That's what you get when you tip 89 cents for a commute." almost 30 minutes. "
