A third child dies after a drunk driver hit an Amish horse carriage in Michigan

The drunk driver, Tyler Frye, 21, of Angola, Indiana, was charged with impaired driving causing death and two counts of impaired driving causing serious injury. He is being held on bail of $ 500,000 after his arrest on Saturday.
