A Vegas man reportedly planned to attack McDonald

LAS VEGAS (AP) – A court document says that a Las Vegas man accused of plotting to burn a synagogue or bar serving an incendiary bomb to LGBT customers would also have planned an attack on a fast food restaurant.

US magistrate Nancy Koppe wrote in a 23-year-old Conor Climo detention order that he had written plans to attack a McDonald's "and talked about the attack as a suicide mission ".

Climo's defense lawyers did not immediately respond to Saturday's e-mails regarding the allegation contained in the ordinance signed on Aug. 9 by Koppe and made public Wednesday.

Climo was arrested on August 8 by an anti-terrorist task force led by the FBI.

Court documents allege that Climo communicated by Internet encrypted chat with people considered white supremacists and told an FBI informant that he was spotting locations to attack.
