A warning from ‘Destiny 2’ not to miss Xur’s multiple God Rolls this weekend

Xur has become a bit more relevant in Destiny 2 than before, offering not only a selection of Exotics each week, but also legendary weapons and armor. And for some reason, the stars lined up this weekend to give her a collection of must-see gear.

Destiny 2 doesn’t often have Divine Scrolls for sale, so when it does, you should probably pick them up. In that case, here are the items you should pick up from Xur before Tuesday’s reset. He is in the Tower hangar this week where Dead Orbit was.

67 Stat One Eyed Mask (Titan Helmet) – Extremely high stat total for one of the best PvP Titan Exotics is not something you should pass up, regardless of the cast.

67 Stat Geomags (Sorcerer’s Boots) – Geomags may have been nerfed, but they’re still stellar in PvE and again you can’t pass up such a high total.

Outlaw / Dragonfly Bottom Dollar (Empty Hand Cannon) – Yes, Xur sometimes sells playlist weapons now too, and that’s a great result on a Bottom Dollar that might otherwise take years to specifically farm.

Snapshot / Telefinder Dire Promise (Kinetic Hand Cannon) – Guess it’s up for debate as to whether or not it’s the perfect roll for this, but it’s a really solid one for PvP and that archetype remains awesome there.

Pressurized / Pull the Trigger Main Ingredient (Arc Fusion Rifle) – This is a perfect FalloutPlay approved 5/5 result in each column for maximum stability on an archetype that has been recently improved. I used this one exactly in Trials and love it already.

Relentless Steel Sybil / Whirlwind (Void Sword) – Maybe not as exciting or rare as the others, but it’s a great PvE roll for this specific sword.

I mean, it’s pretty rare that Xur even has a good pitch that’s worth picking up, much less 5-6, much less for veteran players. Everything on this list is worth picking up, but if you’re short on funds, prioritize the Exotic for your class, the Bottom Dollar, and the Main Ingredient. You are unlikely to see the ones with such good rolls anytime soon.

I still think there’s probably more work to be done on Xur to make it more relevant in a more consistent way, but it’s a start, and it’s been improved a bit from what it was before. It’s good to look forward to its merchandise every week rather than completely ignoring it like I have for the past few years.
