A woman accused of assaulting a man wearing a MAGA hat risks being deported, according to ICE

A woman arrested for allegedly assaulting a client of a Massachusetts restaurant wearing a "Make America Great Again" hat is facing a procedure that could result in her deportation, said a spokeswoman for the company. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Rosiane Santos is "a citizen of Brazil illegally present" who was arrested by ICE agents on Tuesday and "started in proceedings for referral to a federal immigration court," said the spokesman.
