Michael 'shroud', Twitch's popular streamer, was incredulous after witnessing a group of cheats in Apex Legends, which had destroyed him and his friends.

Apex Legends quickly swept the world of video games since its surprising release on February 4, with more than 50 million players having participated in at least one game in the first month of its release.

However, as in most games, hackers and cheats quickly made their mark with a variety of explosions – though Respawn Entertainment did its best to stay on top of the cheats of its precious royal battle.

The hackers have left their mark on Apex Legends – but Respawn is doing its best to fight off the exploits.

What does Respawn do against the cheats of Apex Legends?

The game's developers have recently launched a new wave of hacker bans, but some dishonest users appear to have slipped through the network and disrupted shroud's recent Apex Legends session.

The former professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive was shot down during a match and left completely puzzled by what had happened with his killer shooter, bullets after rounds, with incredibly precise precise.

Shroud, while being curious about the player, only received an explanation about what happened when he stood around watching his assassin. "Oh my God, no wonder I'm dead so fast, damn," said the former Cloud9 pro after seeing the player reap two more wins.

It did not take much time for the popular streamer to report that the enemy player had cheated before continuing and heading to another game hall.

Although Respawn has done everything possible to keep their popular royal battle relatively untouched, some will still get up and sneak through the cracks.

Yet their cause for cleaning up the game is helped when streamers such as Shroud catch some in the act, especially when they shoot down a player of his caliber with relative ease in front of his huge Twitch audience.
