Nancy is held without bail at Allegheny County Jail. Other charges against her include interference in the custody of children and concealment of the whereabouts of a child. Its preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 16th.

Johnson, his daughter and a friend spent several hours with Nancy on Saturday before the announced kidnapping. They were all in a car driven by Nancy when a fight ensued, according to the complaint.
