Two citizens said they saw a car matching the description of the Amber Alert in the parking lot of the WoodSprings Suites hotel in Forest Hill and made contact with the authorities.

The agents dispatched to the hotel determined the room in which the suspect was staying and opened the door.

Salem was found in good condition but reportedly taken to a local hospital, announced officer Buddy Calzada at the press conference early Sunday.

The police did not reveal the name of the suspect but said it was a 51 year old man who was not related to Salem.

He should be charged with aggravated kidnapping.
