Now we cook. After the eight teams of the American Football Alliance played last week, we now have a first impression. Some are good. Some are … um. The regular season is becoming more important as we had two more winners on Saturday.
The initial curiosity for the American Football Alliance was palpable at the opening night – CBS averages nearly 3 million views for the first match. We will have the opportunity to see this weekend if the perceptions of a week ago are founded. Week 2 of the AAF calendar includes four inter-division games. There is more movement, so it will be interesting to see what role it plays in the results. Vegas is a a little more aggressive on the point that comes out of the grid this week, but based on the scores of week 1, the points totals are always, understandably, from the bottom.

Salt Lake City to Birmingham: If you have not read about the quarterback Luis Perez, take time and rectify this now. He is already interested in NFL scouts and if he continues to play well, he will likely be in the championship next fall. As for this game, it is curiously intriguing. Birmingham was successful with a ball control offense and some sexy shots. Meanwhile, quarterback Josh Woodrum of Salt Lake left the loss of week 1 against Arizona, injured hamstring. His status for this match is unknown.
Arizona to Memphis: One thing I continue to remember every day is that what happened last weekend was a match. These are professional football players, many of whom were already part of the NFL in the not-so-distant past. There is parity. But … you will not get two far more different results than those from Arizona and Memphis in the first week. Hotshots have the appearance of a team of caliber. The Express has not yet scored a point. Hat in Memphis if they turn around and make it a game.
Orlando to San Antonio: Chances are, this will be the game that catches the most attention in Week 2, and why not? The Apollos look like the best team in the East and the Alamodome could actually have a real advantage on its field. These combined defenses allowed only 12 points last weekend, but it's the offenses that will interest most people most. Obviously, the Apollos have weapons with guys like wide receiver Jalin Marshall. The question is whether commanders can follow after scoring 15 points in the first week – if things go badly in shootout.
Atlanta to San Diego: Do you remember earlier when I said that the defenses of Orlando and San Antonio had yielded 12 points in total during the first week? That was the 12 points. Orlando and San Antonio are they as good? Or do the legends and the fleet have serious problems? I told myself about Situation of the fleet of the fleet and legends may also need to look inward.

Orlando to San Antonio: Although I like very much the idea of Steve Spurrier's team playing indoors, the San Antonio defense seemed fast and well-trained against the fleet in the first week. In fact, both defenses have been excellent in their first effort, although it will undoubtedly be an additional test. Commanders can make the connection, but does the offense have enough to defeat the player? To choose: San Antonio +6.5, less than 45.5
Atlanta to San Diego: Legends do not ask for sympathy, but I give it anyway. The last thing Atlanta needs after their loss to Orlando 40-6 is to travel the whole country for a road match for the second time in a row. The points total is the lowest of the four games, and even the sub looks attractive. To choose: San Diego -9.5, Under 45
