Carter, 31, known for his teenage pop-star years, has listed six medications with which he is being treated.
"That's my reality," Carter said while holding a plastic bag containing several vials of medication in a clip presented on the show's Facebook page.
Carter also invited his mother, Jane, to the show, asking guests, Drs. Travis Stork and Judy Ho, to help Jane fight her drinking.
"I see it in the craziest, most toxic and unhealthiest place in the world," said Carter, brother of Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, in another clip.
Carter had previously appeared in "The Doctors" in 2017, where he talked about his arrest, his sexuality and his health problems.
