If you like the look of a smart home, you may appreciate the color provided by the Philips Hue brand with its bulbs, lamps and dimmers. But the company is apparently looking to expand beyond what it will offer this fall with a series of new fixtures, smart plugs and Edison style bulbs.

iCulture reports that Philips will debut in the new list between September and October.

The centerpiece is the first Hue brand smart plug that will work with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple HomeKit. It is not known if the smart plug will require the hue bridge to fully function, but it opens up the world of smart devices for the ecosystem. Its competitive price should be around 30 euros and be announced at the IFA Berlin from 6 September.

Philips should also feature a trio of apparent incandescent light bulbs that should give a similar appearance to older incandescent light bulbs, while also working with Bluetooth as well as on the Zigbee platform, without the need for any additional light bulbs. ;A bridge.
