Hollywood mourns the loss of a rising star.
Actor Daniel Mickelson, the model’s brother Meredith mickelson, died on the weekend of July 4. He was 23 years old.
“My heart is broken and writing it feels so bad to me and I don’t even know what to say,” Meredith shared in a July 5 Instagram post alongside a return photo of the siblings. “Yesterday I lost my brother, my best friend and the other half of my heart.”
“There was no one I loved more on this earth,” she continued. “There are no words that can do him justice that I can write. To know him was to love him. Life.”
No further details of Daniel’s death have been made public at this time.
After reading Meredith’s post, many friends and fellow stars sent their love to the Mickelson family. “Pray for you,” Jordyn Wood and Patrick schwarzenegger commented, while the model Amelia Hamlin wrote, “i love you forever daniel.”
