Adam Schiff threatens to call Robert Mueller as a witness if the report on Russia is not made public

HAdam Schiff, chairman of the Intelligence Committee, announced that his panel was planning to call special advocate Robert Mueller so that he testifies to the investigation of Russia if the Justice Department did not render not public the entirety of his report.

Attorney General William Barr assured the Democrats at his confirmation hearing that he would make Mueller's report public as much as possible. Schiff said the Justice Ministry had already "violated" this policy in the past two years.
