Adele filed for divorce five months after leaving her husband, Simon Konecki.
The news of Thursday's deposit was first reported by TMZ.
The singer, 31, said she felt like a new person since her separation from Konecki, with whom she has a son, Angelo, 6 years old.
"They are determined to raise their son together with love," said a representative of the singer at the Associated Press at the time of the announcement of their separation.
The two started going out together seven years ago.
