Adele and Simon Konecki secretly married in 2016
Adele is separated from her husband, Simon Konecki, confirmed the representatives of the singer.
In a statement on Friday, they said the two men were "determined to raise their son together with love".
Adele gave birth to her son, Angelo, in 2012. The 30-year-old married Konecki, a charitable entrepreneur, in 2016 after five years of dating.
The best-selling London artist is known for his 19, 21 and 25 albums.
The statement added that both men were asking for confidentiality and that there would be no further comment.
They married in secret and Adele went to the wedding for the first time in public during a grammy acceptance speech at 2017, where she thanked her "husband".

The singer's debut album, released in 2008 and featuring hits including Chasing Pavements and Hometown Glory, reached first place in the UK.
She then won numerous awards and her 21-year-old tracker dominated the charts in 30 countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom.
Her third album, 25 years old, has sold a record 800,000 copies during her first week and has become the best-selling album of 2015.
In March, Adele had been photographed entering a recording studio in New York, which suggested that she was working on new music.
