The user-friendly adaptive controller from Microsoft has been designed to work with Nintendo Switch.
YouTuber MyMateVince introduced the Xbox gadget in collaboration with Nintendo's own Mario Kart, with only a standard adapter and about 10 minutes of installation (thanks, The Verge).
Adaptive Controller acts as a hub for all switches or buttons that you want to connect to. It has been designed to be as flexible as possible in this regard. All of its control ports can be remapped via Xbox One or Windows 10.
The switch itself is actually pretty user-friendly with the Adaptive Controller configuration because you can calibrate everything you use for badog game controls through the console's internal settings.
However, you will still need this console adapter, which sorts your switch signals into an element that the Adaptive Controller can connect to. Here is the configuration tutorial:
Maybe someday all of this will work? If Microsoft and Nintendo can work together to get Mario skins in Minecraft and allow cross-platform game play with Xbox, the official Adaptive Controller support should not be impossible.
