The price season has officially arrived!
The biggest stars of Hollywood met Monday night at Cipriani Wall Street in New York to attend the IFP Gotham Awards of 2018. Among the talented actors awarded at the annual event are The favourite stars Emma Stone and Rachel Weiszwho receive the special jury prize for overall performance alongside their co-star, Olivia Colman. The trio's film, directed by Yorgos Lanthimos, is also in the running for the Best Feature Award at the ceremony. Black comedy and film First reformed leads the pack of nominees with three awards at this star-studded event.
Winners of the Monday night show often become important candidates for Emmys, Oscars and Golden Globes. Both get out and Call me by your name won the gold medal at last year's Gotham Awards, announcing his Oscar wins later in the season.
Before all the guests took place at the awards ceremony, they cleverly took the pose for the many cameras on the red carpet.
