The company confirmed its appointment as chief executive on Wednesday as it was trying to retain its customers following several political scandals.
Sehoole, a former deputy general manager of PwC's domestic unit, will succeed Nhlamulo Dlomu, who is stepping down a year after being asked to restore the company's reputation.
