Do not call them Coldplay, they are Los Unidades: here is their first song, "E-Lo"
Coldplay is now Los Unidades. For how long, though?
Global Citizen will release a four-song EP entitled "Global Citizen EP1" this Friday (November 30). One of the songs is directed by Stargate, the other three are directed by Los Unidades and some guests. Who is Los Unidades? Parlophone Records announced their new signature earlier in the day on social media, but it was soon discovered that Los Unidades were actually Coldplay. Just a side project? Something permanent? We will see.
The single "Global Citizen EP1" is "E-Lo", a Los Unidades song starring Pharrell Williams and Jozzy. This is clearly the voice of Chris Martin on some Latin and African rhythms.
CURRENT
This EP will be released in perfect harmony with the upcoming World Citizens Festival "Mandela 100" to be held in Johannesburg, South Africa – December 2 – featuring performances by Beyoncé, JAY-Z Eddie Vedder, user, Ed Sheeran, Femi Kuti, Tiwa Savage, Wizkid and, of course, Los Unidades.
