Twenty new cases of cholera have been confirmed in Mt Darwin in patients treated at a local hospital.
The cholera resurfaced a few weeks after the government tried to contain the deadly disease that claimed the lives of more than 50 people across the country, mainly in the capital.
Dr. George Mapiye, Medical Director of Mt Darwin Hospital, confirmed the cases to the press and patients were admitted to his establishment.
