Members of the public told Eyewitness News that they hoped Cyril Ramaphosa would put an end to corruption in South Africa.

PRETORIA – South Africans say that after witnessing Cyril Ramaphosa's swearing in as president, there is a sense of unity in the country.
More than 32,000 people attended the inauguration at Loftus Versfeld and many have been queuing since three in the morning to gain access.
Members of the public said Eyewitness News that they hoped that Ramaphosa would put an end to corruption and in South Africa.
Others have said that Ramaphosa is now the head of a new administration.
Rolf Donjeany said the members of the African National Congress also felt more positive about the direction the country is taking under Ramaphosa's leadership.
"What I love about him is that many ANC members do not like him, but they know that he's the man he's I just think we're going in the right direction. "
Many other provinces that had to get up early in the morning return home, excited about the future of the country.
