Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho dropped Paul Pogba on the bench for the Champions League game with the Young Boys, with Alexis Sanchez not even in the group.
A victory over the Swiss champions would guarantee a qualification for the round of 16, provided that Valencia does not win the three points of their match at Juventus.
Mourinho made six changes to the team that started the 0-0 draw against Crystal Palace, with Pogba's omission in favor of Fred being the most prominent change.
Romelu Lukaku was also relegated to the bench, Marcus Rashford being part of a three-man attack line alongside Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard.

Maroune Fellaini takes her first steps since her famous haircut, Juan Mata being named on the bench. For his part, captain Antonio Valencia returns to the right back in place of Matteo Darmian and Phil Jones replaces Victor Lindelof, injured, in defense.
Sanchez, who replaced Pogba in the second half of the draw against Palace, fails to be part of the team.
The starting lineup of Manchester United: David De Gea; Antonio Valencia, Chris Smalling, Phil Jones, Luke Shaw; Marouane Fellaini, Nemanja Matic, Fred; Jesse Lingard, Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial. Subs: Romero, Bailly, Pereira, Mata, McTominay, Pogba, Lukaku.
