The Fallout 76 hairpins are 60x heavier than the real hairpins

You could carry as many hairpins as you wanted in Fallout 4but the new Bethesda game has given them a weight. And they are way too heavy.

LukyJoeKokomo did the math (via PcGamesN), and determined that if a pack of 100 hairpins on Amazon weighed 2.4 ounces, each pin weighed just under 0.024 ounces or 0.0015 pounds (because one had to consider the weight of the packaging ).

In Fallout 76However, ten hairpins weigh one pound, making each lapel pin 60 times heavier than another. Indeed, they are so heavy that 60 pins have the same weight as a mini-nuclear weapon.

It's easy to understand why: the developers obviously wanted to impose a transport limit on the object and that 0.1 lb is the smallest unit of the game, but still.

Fallout 76 has tried a lot of new things, but I will remember to clutter you with hairpins.
