Chinese computer hardware manufacturer Nubia is getting more and more into the field of gaming phones with its new handset Red Magic Mars, which arguably has the most powerful internal specifications available in the Android universe to date.

This includes a Snapdragon 845 processor, up to 256GB of built-in storage and 10GB of RAM on the high-end variant, as well as a dual ICE heat pipe and convection cooling system.

Two more appealing features should appeal to players: two shoulder touch buttons, a dedicated engine for haptic feedback in games, and Dolby DTS 7.1 surround sound stereo speakers.

The 6-inch Full HD + camera also comes with a single 16-megapixel f / 1.8 rear camera, an 8-megapixel front camera and a large 3,800 mAh battery that recharges via USB-C. And yes, there is a headphone jack.

As with the original Red Magic, there is an RGB light strip on the back panel for this "gaming material" aspect; you can choose from the black meteorite and flame red colors, or opt for the Camo finish on the high-end model. Nubia also sells joysticks that you can pair with the phone for those who like to grind physical pimples.

It should be noted that the Red Magic Mars is not the only device with a useless 10 GB of mad RAM; Two sliding phones from China, the Mi Mix 3 from Xiaomi and the Oppo Find X, offer variants with more memory than you will know what to do.

Bad news? It seems that the Red Magic Mars is only available in China at the moment. We have contacted Nubia to request information on global availability and will update this post when we know more The device will go on sale in China on December 7, with the option 6GB / 64GB at the price of 2699 yuan ($ 390), the 8GB / 128GB variant to 3,199 yuan ($ 460) and the 10GB / 256GB model with Camo finish at 3,999 yuan ($ 575).
