WP Rugby was called into question after an independent investigation into "discriminations or unfair labor practices" was authorized by the union.
The union was forced to launch the investigation in July as a result of complaints from Paul Treu.

Believing he had laid the groundwork for making Blitzboks the power of what they are, the 47-year-old claimed he was sapped as Stormers' badistant coach during this year's Super Rugby campaign.
Treu reportedly left the formal evaluation meeting, saying he was "tired of being badly treated" and that he "would not tolerate such treatment anymore."
The Stormers have won just six of 16 games in 2018, their worst result since 2009.
However, a "complete" final report submitted by Bowmans Law contained "no adverse finding against WP Rugby officers, coaches or staff members".
"After a thorough investigation process in which 29 badociates were interviewed and many of the documents reviewed in this case, we are pleased that the independent investigation concluded that the allegations were unfounded," he said. Paul Zacks, WP Rugby Manager.
"Despite the favorable findings of the independent investigation in the Paul Treu case and the pleasing results of SA Rugby's recent report on transformation, we can not rest on our laurels and will continue to work proactively to improve transformation within the union. "
The results suggest at least that the Stormers will have a stable training environment for the new season, a win or a hat-trick as WP Rugby is facing austerity measures due to its precarious financial situation.
The newly elected president, Zelt Marais, is a tax specialist at Nedbank and was elected on the verge of cutting costs.
