Age of Calamity got a day one patch to fix some bugs

The framerate was not mentioned

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity came out, and I’m pretty excited.

I mean, I already finished it, and then some! I’m just excited to hear from everyone with the spoiler shield removed and what they think about some of the story choices. But before that, there is cleaning with a small patch of the first day.

No, this does not change the framerate (it is not the Warriors way!): rather, it fixes some revolutionary problems, while adding Spanish audio. According to the patch notes, there were several scenarios that involved not being able to “go further”, when certain conditions were met. One of them used the two player mode, and two others had triggers for changing character and “defeating an enemy with a certain procedure”.

Well! Fortunately, these have been cleared up before someone has to halt their progress and wait for a next patch. This patch has just arrived!

As a reminder, Nintendo has just offered a physical My Nintendo reward for Age of Calamity it’s basically a Breath of the wild tchotchke.

  • Added Spanish audio.
  • Fixed software issues, including the following:
    • Fixed an issue where continuing would become impossible after certain operations in the two player mode menu screen.
    • Fixed an issue where going further would sometimes become impossible when switching characters at a certain point in some of the scenarios.
    • Fixed an issue where passing past the loading screen would sometimes become impossible after defeating an enemy with a certain procedure in certain scenarios.
    • Fixed the issue where the screen display was corrupted and commands outside of the HOME button would stop responding after certain operations in the sell materials menu.
