Alabama to be multi-coachless against LSU

Alabama will not have some of its assistant coaches when the team plays at LSU on Saturday night.

At least a few defensive assistant coaches from Crimson Tide will not be available for the game, sources told AL.com.

The two coordinators – Steve Sarkisian and Pete Golding – are good and available however, according to the sources. Word is, Alabama is also OK from a player’s point of view.

Head coach Nick Saban missed last week’s game against Auburn after testing positive for COVID-19, but was cleared to return to the squad on Friday and will coach against LSU.

The Tide comes in as a 29.5 point favorite.
