WASHINGTON – The early days in office of President Joe Biden marked the launch of dozens of executive actions focused on the top priorities of this administration, including the COVID-19 pandemic.

Many of his orders were aimed at overturning some of former President Donald Trump’s policies in areas such as health care, immigration, the environment, and issues of equity and diversity.

Here is a list of the orders, memoranda and proclamations that Biden has taken since starting his presidency. This list, which was last updated on January 29, will be updated as additional actions are signed:

28 january

  • Executive Order to Strengthen the Affordable Care and Medicaid Act by directing agencies to review any policies that may hinder access to ACA and recommending the opening of a three-month enrollment period for uninsured Americans.
