Today has been a great day for Disney at the D23 Expo. Although the Disney business was rather unobtrusive, it has now broadcast a wealth of information and answered questions that interested fans and industry experts. From the availability of 4K content to the number of streamers allowed, Disney has covered all the basics – announcing a Special offer for D23 members and giving their fans promotional posters of some of its upcoming content.

Here is all the information we gathered in the D23 today.

Disney + will allow offline display of mobile devices and tablets on unlimited devices

The streaming service will allow unlimited viewing of phones and tablets offline. Disney + can be added to as many devices as users want, the only limit being the amount of available space on the device of your choice. In comparison, Netflix currently limits offline viewing to 2 or 4 devices, depending on which plan you subscribe to.

Disney + will allow up to 7 profiles, with hundreds of avatars to choose from

We knew their profiles would match different accounts, but today we learned that Disney + will allow up to 7 profiles with access to hundreds of avatars. This will allow different users to have their own recommendations and a watch list on their behalf.

Disney + Kids mode, with a unique interface for kids

Disney + will include a kids mode that will give parents more features about what their kids can and can not see in the app. The app comes with parental controls that allow kids to "see only organized and recommended content, or the youngest members of households." Each child creates a profile and selects an avatar of his favorite Disney character like Woody in Toy Story. Elsa de Frozen or Moana. Some of these avatars will only be available for profiles set in Kids mode.

Four simultaneous streams on up to 10 different devices

In addition to unlimited viewing of phones and tablets offline, Disney + will allow four simultaneous streams on 10 different devices. This means that you can basically have family and "extended family" streaming from the same account without limitations.

Disney + will have 4K content available at launch

The company announced that Disney + will allow subscribers to broadcast most of its original and some older library content in 4K.

Disney + Walkthrough on Apple TV and Xbox Apps

We were able to watch a live demonstration of Disney + on Apple TV. The company explained to us the application: a carousel, tiles and individual sections, pages of films and emissions, a sidebar for the application, user profiles and profiles. avatars, a checklist, movies, original series and sections, kids mode and offline mode.

Disney + movies will come with extras, just like digital downloads

Disney + equips its films with an Extras feature, which allows viewers to watch behind-the-scenes footage as well as interviews with stars of their favorite movies. This means you have access to all Disney / Pixar / Marvel / Star Wars movies exclusive to Disney +. Movies from Aladdin, The Lion King, Captain Marvel and Avengers: Endgame will be available for you on Disney +.

No automatic trailer

In addition to the "Add to watch list" and "Extras" features, the Disney + movie page does not automatically play trailers, which has proven to be a contested feature of Netflix. Disney + viewers have the option of choosing whether or not they want to watch movie trailers for certain movies.
