Allegations of Antonio Brown: A woman who accused the rapist footballer will meet the NFL

Taylor, who used to train the extended receiver of the New England Patriots, filed an appeal in a Florida federal court last Tuesday, accusing Brown of committing rape and sexual assault.

Brown, who is in his 10th season in the NFL and has four players in the first All-Pro team, was signed by the Patriots earlier this month after being released by the Oakland Raiders. He played his first game with the Patriots on Sunday despite the charges he faces.

The team issued a statement following the filing of the complaint, stating that it was aware of the allegations and took them seriously.

"Under no circumstances does this organization tolerate violence or sexual assault," said the team. "The league has informed us that it will conduct an investigation and we will have no further comment while this investigation takes place".

Heitner said that Brown and Taylor had a consensual relationship that began in 2018 and that Brown "would defend himself aggressively".

Taylor said in the lawsuit that Brown had sexually assaulted her twice in June 2017 before raping her in May 2018.

Taylor, a former gymnast, and Brown met in 2010 when they were paired as Bible study partners in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes chapter of Central Michigan University, according to the lawsuit. They remained in touch after her stint at the NFL Steelers in Pittsburgh and after her transfer to Louisiana State University, where she continued to participate in gymnastics in the NCAA.

According to Taylor, Brown contacted her on social media in 2013 to ask for photos. The lawsuit says she sent a picture of his face, he asked for something more telling and she refused. Four years later, he again contacted her, she said in the trial, and learned that she had a gym studio. He said that he wanted her to improve her flexibility and strength at the ankle, the suit says.

After the two sexual assaults of 2017, the lawsuit indicates that Taylor has stopped communicating with Brown. In February and March 2018, Brown sent him messages expressing his contrition and trying to re-establish a training relationship, the trial said.

Taylor agreed, and the lawsuit says that she ended up adding other duties, including respecting her schedule and keeping the kids.

In May 2018, they went to a nightclub with friends, says the lawsuit, and she brought Brown and a friend back to Brown's house in Miami. Taylor, who was staying in a hotel, went into the bathroom to fetch food, says the suit.

Brown took her to her room where they spoke, but when she tried to leave, he raped her on her bed, says the suit.

The complaint accuses Brown of sexual violence, sexual violence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, unlawful imprisonment and invasion of privacy.
