A passenger flying on an Alaskan Airlines flight claims he has no recollection of acting aggressively towards a member of the flight crew. Unfortunately for him, his actions may have violated federal law and he could face several years in prison and a hefty fine.

The incident happened on an Alaskan Airlines flight from Seattle to Denver on March 9, USA Today reports. According to the media outlet, the FBI arrested Landon Grier when the flight landed due to the behavior of the passenger on the plane.

Grier allegedly admitted to officers that he had drunk several beers and several glasses of alcohol before boarding the plane. He apparently fell asleep during the flight and woke up to screams from flight attendants for urinating in his seat.
While apparently unconscious, Grier allegedly struck a flight attendant who repeatedly asked him to put on his mask, which apparently fell off while he was sleeping.

Grier reportedly told federal agents he didn’t remember.
Unfortunately for Grier, he faces federal charges of interference with flight crew and flight attendants. This charge carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and a possible fine of $ 250,000, whether or not he remembers doing so.
