This reptile has nothing against crime – but he took a piece of the car from a crime fighter.

The sheriff's office at Caddo Parish in Louisiana announced on Facebook that a deputy had sighted an 8-foot alligator Monday in the middle of Highway 1, but before the call, the cops learned that the gator only wanted to eat and run.

Deputies have tried to contain the gator on the pavement north of Caddo Parish pending the arrival of wildlife removal experts.
