INGREDIENTS:
360 grams (2 3/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
4 c. Baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
150 grams (1 1/3 cup) unsalted butter at room temperature (if using salt salt, no salt)
60 ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
200 grams (1 cup) of granulated sugar
2 tbsp. To vanilla extract
4 eggs
Whole yoghurt at 160 grams (2/3 cup)
1/3 cup (80 mL) whole milk
Tray size used – 13 X 11 inches
Bake at 180 ° C for 10 minutes

240 ml (1 cup) whole milk
4 tablespoons custard powder
4 tablespoons sugar
300 grams (1 1/2 cups) whipping cream
