Amanda Kloots responded to a commentator who criticized her for going out too ‘quickly’ after her husband, Nick Cordero, died of complications from COVID-19 a year ago.

The “The Talk” co-host addressed the reviewer in an Instagram story posted Friday by sharing a screenshot of the post.

“Dates are already great, it was quick,” the person wrote in a comment on one of Kloots’ Instagram posts, according to the screenshot.

“How dare you judge someone, especially someone who is going through this process,” Kloots wrote in response. “I’ll cover this soon guys, I promise you.” There is too much to say and too much for widows to face not to mention. Until then, I’ll call anyone who’s rude enough to comment on life. “

Kloots, who often speaks openly about mourning the death of her husband, shared on Friday’s episode of “The Talk” that she had just started dating again.

“I just started dating again, and it’s so crazy first dating at 39 … and it’s pretty terrifying and really out of your element, and it’s hard … it’s hard,” she declared.

Asked by her co-host Elaine Welteroth about the flow of the meetings, Kloots replied that she had met “wonderful” people, but that it was “very difficult”.

Cordero, a Tony-nominated Broadway star, died in July 2020 after his months-long battle with serious COVID-19 complications, which included an amputated leg and weeks in a medical coma. He was 41 years old.

Kloots and Cordero married in 2017 and then welcomed their son Elvis, who turned 2 in June.

The “The Talk” co-host honored Cordero on Instagram with a video montage earlier this month, marking the first anniversary of his death.

“Today it hurts, there is no other way around it,” she wrote in the caption of the article. “A year ago you left us and you became our angel in heaven. “
