- Idris Elba married Sabrina Dhowre at a three-day wedding in Morocco.
- Elba and Dhowre attended the royal wedding on May 19, 2018.
- Meghan Markle and Prince Harry could not get to the Elbe wedding because of the future royal baby, but they apparently sent a romantic (and expensive) gift to the newlyweds.
Idris Elba is married this week in Marrakech with model and actress Sabrina Dhowre, who exchanged greetings at the hotel Ksar Char-Bagh on April 26, 2019.
After attending the royal wedding of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in May 2018, fans may have been waiting for the royal family to return the favor by attending the wedding of Elba and Dhowre. However, as the royal baby must arrive in late April or early May 2019, Meghan and Harry would have been unable to make the trip, even if they had been invited.
Although they did not go to the wedding, Meghan and Harry would have made an incredible gift to Elba and Dhowre. According to Mail on Sunday, members of the Royal Family have selected a work of art from the Connor Brothers duo to offer to the newlyweds. The publication notes that the work is selling for around $ 9,000, with the chosen piece featuring the following quote: "Why integrate when you're born to make you stand out?"
according to Yahoo! Style, the artists have a curious story: "When they first arrived on the art scene, the duo claimed to be Missouri-born twins who grew up in an extremist Christian cult." However, it was finally revealed that the enigmatic twins were actually British artists James Golding and Mike Snelle under a single pseudonym.
Even though Harry and Meghan have not been able to travel to the Moroccan Elbe weddings, their wedding gift for the couple seems pretty incredible.
