Amazon released the first clip of its upcoming Invincible animated series featuring the vocal talents of Steven Yeun (The Walking Dead) and JK Simmons (Spider-Man: Far From Home) as their respective characters play an innocent game of catching father and son – with a little touch.
Since the project was announced, longtime Image comic fans have insisted that viewers aren’t ready for the shocking turns and bloody violence the series will portray (if it stays true to the source material) . In addition to the first clip above, Amazon also revealed that the first three episodes of the series will drop on March 26, before moving to a weekly release format that will end with 8 episodes on April 30.

Robert Kirkman and Cory Walker created Invincible in 2002, releasing a 6-page preview into the debut of another Kirkman series, Technical jacket. The first issue of Invincible would be published in 2003, launching a 15-year series that ended in 2018 at # 144 issues.
In 2017, Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg were originally scheduled to direct a feature film Invincible at Universal Pictures before the project finally moved to Amazon in 2018.
