Pennsylvania authorities issued an Amber alert Saturday night after kidnapping a child in the western state, officials said.

Pennsylvania State Police said on Facebook that Nalani Johnson, 2, was last seen at the intersection of Bryant and Clay Drives in Penn Hills Township, just outside Pittsburgh.

The 2-year-old girl wore a black floral shirt and skirt and black sandals.

"Johnson was abducted by Sharena Nancy, 25, with black hair and brown eyes," state police said.

Family members told WPXI that Nancy was a Jitney driver who drove Nalani, her father and a friend. When Nalani's father came out of the vehicle, Nancy would have flown with the child.

"She was in a car seat at the back and he went to pick him up with his daughter, and at that moment, he had his hand on the door and she left," said the grandfather of Nalani, Paul Johnson, to WPXI.

Pennsylvania state police said Nancy was driving a 2017 black Toyota Prius with plate KLW3926, with an Uber sticker on the front passenger side window.

This vehicle was found later Saturday night on Rodi Road in the Penn Hills area with Nancy inside. The 25-year-old police officer is currently being questioned by the police and no charges have been laid, reported WTAE.

Nalani, however, has not been found yet, according to police.
