On March 21st, Serge Fournier, 74, was on a bus with Cadesha Bishop, 25 years old. Bishop appeared to argue with people on the bus and with Fournier, the police said in a statement.

When the vehicle stopped to allow the passengers to leave, Fournier and Bishop had some kind of verbal discussion. While Fournier turned his back to go down the stairs to get out, we see Bishop filming video surveillance, making him fall on the sidewalk.

Las Vegas police responded to the scene and Fournier refused medical treatment, police said. Police said Bishop could not be located.

Later that night, Fournier went to the hospital due to injuries he suffered. He died more than a month later, on April 23rd. The coroner-medical examiner at Clark County told CNN that he had died from complications caused by blunt torso injuries.

Bishop is detained at the Clark County Detention Center for bail of $ 100,000. According to the records of the Las Vegas City Court, she has a public defender and it does not appear that she has pleaded for the moment.

CNN sought comments from the Clark County Public Defender's Office.

A preliminary hearing for Bishop is scheduled for May 21.
