BOSTON (AP) – A group of performing artists has found the child who had been literally seduced by a recent concert of classical music.

The Handel & Haydn Society had just completed an interpretation of Mozart's "Masonic funeral" at Symphony Hall in Boston on Sunday, when a young boy launched: "WOW!

The band was so thrilled that they started a search on "Wow Child" with the help of the audio of the moment captured by WCRB-FM. The child is Ronan Mattin, 9, from New Hampshire, WGBH-FM reported on Thursday. He attended the concert with his grandfather Stephen.

Ronan's grandmother had seen a report on television saying that the company was looking for the child.

Stephen Mattin stated that Ronan was part of the autism spectrum and that he expressed himself differently from other people. He said that his grandson was a big fan of music.

"I had told several people because I thought it was a fun story," Stephen Mattin said. "About how he expressed his admiration for the performance and put everyone in the saddle."

Handel & Haydn President David Snead said he was organizing a Skype meeting with Ronan and Harry Christophers, the artistic director of the company that ran the night of the show. The company will invite Ronan and his family to return to the venue in October, at the opening of the 2019-2020 season, for another Mozart performance directed by Christophers.

Snead said Sunday's experience was one of the most wonderful moments he had ever had in a concert hall.
