NASHVILLE – Andre Swift has not stopped looking at the Heisman Trophy candidate he was to be in Georgia's victory at Vanderbilt.
Swift beat the Bulldogs' attack in 3rd with 149 yards in 16 races in a 30-6 win on Saturday night.
The Philadelphia junior was clearly the most dynamic and consistent threat in the Georgia offense, averaging 9.3 yards per run.
Swift was approaching his career record of 17 carries and 186 yards, figures scored in the Bulldogs' 27-10 win over Auburn last November.

In fact, Saturday night was a healthy step forward for Swift.
The 2018 season was difficult for Swift, who had been limited in spring exercises after undergoing a sports hernia operation in January. Last September, a foot injury slowed him down until he had the opportunity to rest for a week off after a loss to LSU.
Swift is committed to making the most of this off season, and his physique indicates that he has kept his word.
Swift is registered at 5-foot-9 and 215 pounds, about the same as last season. But he is visibly more chiseled and seems to run with more authority against the Commodores.
Swift led UGA with 1,049 yards rushing last season, averaging 6.4 yards per game and 74.9 yards per game.
